Quick steak marinade!!

Want a way to make that plain steak tasty?? Mariniating your steak not only make the meat tender but adds flavor. This simple recipe will have you cooking steak more often!!

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon of honey
1 1/2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 Tablespoon of salt
1/2 Tablespoon cracked black peppercorn
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

In a medium sized bowl mix all the ingredients well.
Slice a small onion, and chop 6 or 7 cloves of garlic and place them in a vacuum seal able bag or a quart sized zip lock bag.
Fit 2 ribeye steaks in the bag (after a small beating from a meat mallet, pointed side down), then pour in the marinate and seal. Let it set at least 30 minutes to an hour. The longer it sets the better the flavor of the marinade will be.

When the time is up reserve the marinade liquid for cooking.

Pour about 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of a big skillet and cook your steaks, covered for 5-8 minutes. Flip the steaks and repeat, pouring in some of the left over liquid as an agent to aid in the tenderization and cooking process.

Temp the thickest section of meat to your desired doneness.
Rare 125-130*
Medium rare 130-140*
Medium 140-150*
Medium well 150-155*
Well done 160-212*

Serve with left over sauce, mashed potatoes, and veggie of your choice. Steamed broccoli is a nice touch.
