A taste of Italy!!





Preheat your oven to 375* and boil your
lasagna noodles about 8 minutes. If you cook them 
and think they may be a little underdone, don't worry
they'll finish in the oven.


Cook off whatever ground meat u want with 
onion and garlic. This is Italian sausage. 
Mix 3/4 of a jar of sauce with the meat mixture.

Layer the bottom of a greased dish with some of the extra sauce.

Now layer with 4 or 5 cooked
noodles.

On top of the noodles layer
your meat and sauce mixture, Parmesan 
and optional ricotta cheese. I only placed 
the ricotta on half.
Repeat this process for three layers.

On the final layer finish with the remaining sauce. 
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.


Cover with cheese, cover again 
with foil and bake for at least 10 more minutes 
or until the cheese is fully melted.



I especially love it with 
homemade garlic bread!!!

  1. I am so glad you did the lasagna. I had trouble with the extra done dried out top layer. This is helpful
