Quick yeast-less pizza crust!!

Didnt have time for all the rising and proofing that yeast goes through so I just made a simple pizza crust out of some cabinet staples.

2 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
2 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon salt

2 1/2 Tablespoons oil
1 Cup of water

PREHEAT your oven to 450*

You wont need a mixer or whisk for this project only a bowl and solid spoon (wood spoons work like magic!!) Combine all of your dry ingredients, now create a "well" or hole in the middle of the mixture and add the water and oil. Mix completely. Your dough shouldn't be overly sticky, so add more flour (a little at a time) if needed  until smooth and completely incorporated.

Knead the dough for a few minutes.
The oil in the dough makes it not stick,
if your dough seems to still be sticky, flour your surface.
So for this part I used a 12 in. pizza pan and stretched the dough over in tightly making sure to not get any air bubbles.

Cut the extra and roll the edges (or not if you dont want the crust).

SAUCE THEN CHEESE!!!!

You choose your own toppings!!! I went with pepperoni and bacon!
Put your "pie" in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and dough is golden brown!!
Let it sit for at least five minutes, you want your cheese to rest!

And Voila!!
