Sunday Dinner! (4/28/13)


This is a twist on my mothers cabbage recipe...!!


Fry 5 or 6 pieces of bacon in
a pan and remove, set aside for later.

                                                                                   
                                                                              Cut one whole cabbage in half and remove the core.

Dice cabbage into chunks...

In the same skillet you fried the bacon add the cabbage, half of a red onion

salt, pepper, celery seed, sugar, garlic power
and red pepper flakes. 


Allow the cabbage to cook 
until tender then add the bacon, chopped.


This side could join dinner any day!!
