What's a woodle?!

So everyone wants to know "how do you make a woodle?!"
Try to google the world "woodle"....they think you want fried noodles, or a dog or something!! So here I go with a tutorial on how to make woodles!!

Meet "The Woodle"

Egg roll wraps are the perfect size, if you want more of
an "appetizer" use wanton wraps.
Lay your wraps diagonally, this make it easier to
fill and fold.

Fill your wrap with cheese and your favorite cooked filling. Normally ill make my
woodles with beef taco filling or chicken taco filling.
Today we have chicken, broccoli and cheese
with carmalized onions and garlic and red pepper flakes.

Don't overfill the wrap or in
wont roll properly.

Fold the bottom corner to the middle
and tuck in under the filling.

Fold the left corner to middle and "seal" it tight
with a little water dabbed the tip of your two fingers. Then repeat with the right.

To finish repeat with the top.

Deep fry for about a minute on each side or until golden brown.

That's all there is to it!!

Serve with salsa and sour cream...
My daughter likes ranch with hers!!

  1. Ive made these before, works way better in the deep fryer with a press to keep them from popping. Skillet frying with these leaves them very greasy unless you use just enogh oil to film the skillet and cook them at a moderate flame to acheive a nice golden brown. Very tasty!
